  • Reservation changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance by contacting the hotel.
  • If you do not show up on the reserved date without prior notice of change, it will be considered that you have used the reservation.
  • It is necessary to show the printed reservation or on your mobile device to access the service.
  • No refunds are accepted once the reservation has been made.
  • Each reservation is valid for one use only.
  • The hotel assumes no responsibility after the validation of a reservation.
  • The DayPass service is valid for a limited period of time. After the expiration date, the reservation can no longer be used nor can its amount be claimed.
